Hi,
after installing RU12 on our clients (with outlook 2010) the "More" tab in the CRM ribbon is empty, meaning one cannot sync or go offline anymore. This worked fine in RU11, but is broken in RU12. Did we miss something that still needs to be actived or so?

I have installed French Language pack with English as base language for CRM. My application is on update rollup 10.
I am using CRM through Outlook
I can see everything in French. but whenever I click on calendar, SetRegarding button on Outlook CRM ribbon turns to english. Rest everything...

Hi All,
I do not want the "Ok" & "Cancel" button in the alert message. My user wants "Yes" & "No" buttons in the message box. That is the reason,i'm using the vbscript instead of javascript.?
How to remove VBScript on title bar in alertbox.

Hi friends,
I want to send emails via CRM without using Outlook or a router such that the user does not have to pass his credentials. Using outlook it is possible but I don't know how to implement it without using Outlook.

My client is using the organizator field to point to the user that will fullfill a training appointment. I want to put organizer in the Open Activity Associated View but it only shows me the activity attributes.
